Our Confidential Investment Memorandum on the opportunity was well received and we met with a select group of potential buyers who expressed a strong interest in acquiring ATEK. On August 22, 2024, we closed on the sale of ATEK to Sound Growth Partners, a private equity firm which invests in niche market leaders in the lower middle market.
