Kian Roy is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin McCombs School of Business, holding a Master in Professional Accounting and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance. He serves as Aethlon’s relationship manager for 3,000 funding sources across the US, including private equity, strategic buyers, and family offices. His expertise includes financial analysis, valuation analysis, and deal reporting.
Kian previously held a Mergers & Acquisitions internship with West Monroe, where he contributed to buy-side technology diligences for multiple private equity deals, including a $1.4B acquisition in the healthcare tech space. Prior to West Monroe, Kian interned at Deloitte Catalyst in Tel Aviv, where he evaluated over 100 maritime startups for potential partnerships and acquisitions, showcasing his ability to identify strategic opportunities in emerging markets.

Outside of work, Kian enjoys golf, running, and cheering on college football and basketball.
