In late 2023, the owners of ATEK Access Technologies engaged Aethlon to lead the sale of their company. After hosting meetings with a small handful of highly interested parties, we identified the right buyer for the company. On August 22, 2024, we successfully closed the sale to private equity firm Sound Growth Partners.
